Shipping policy

Fireworks Chefs Butters strives to set ourselves apart on our customer service and shipping policies. Due to the nature of our temperature controlled products, it is very important to us that we adhere to strict shipping guidelines. You can expect the following for every shipment leaving our facility:

1. We ship only on Mondays for US east coast addresses and/or Tuesdays for all other states depending on the proximity to Boulder CO. All orders placed up to Saturdays at midnight will generally make it out in the next Monday/Tuesday shipment batch.

2. We use UPS whenever possible to ensure the best possible delivery experience.

3. Generally we ship two day overnight for all shipping. This gives us the highest insurance and care in the quality of your products upon arrival.

4. Shipping a frozen product is pricey. At this time we are not able to add a free shipping option.

5. On average 2 day shipping from Boulder CO can be between $20-$40.

6. If you are a local Boulder or Denver resident, you may select delivery or pick up option. We group deliveries by location so if you need it fast be sure to reach out and check when there will be a delivery in your area.
