Fireworks Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Steakhouse Butter

I love a quick and easy side. These potatoes are delicious! And both quick and easy so this recipe fits the bill in so many ways. This is great as a side for 6-8 people.

Oven time: 1 hr 20-30 min

Ingredients

6 medium size red or yellow potatoes, rinsed and cut into 1 inch-ish size chunks

1/4 cup Fireworks Steakhouse butter, melted

1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat oven to 375. Using a large baking sheet with 1 inch sides, lay down a piece of parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and pour over the paper. There will be a bit of liquid, which is delicious and a little sticky on the potatoes when roasted so don't toss it out. Bake for 1 hour at 375. Raise the temp to 400 for the last 20-30 minutes.
