Cinnamon Sugar Buttery Valentines Day Puff Pastry
Get ready for a scrumptious strawberry heart pastry that's easy to make! All you need is puff pastry, cream cheese, strawberry jam, diced strawberries, and a Fireworks Cinnamon Butter Burst. Preheat the oven to 400°F and mix cream cheese and jam. Cut heart shapes from the pastry, add the cream cheese mixture and diced strawberries, then bake for 14-15 mins. 1 sheet puff pastry

2 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 Tbsp strawberry jam

1 Fireworks Butter Burst

2/3 cup very small diced strawberries
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry and set it aside, and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Next in a small bowl and using a rubber spatula, mix together the cream cheese & jam. Try your best to smooth out the mixture so there are no clumps remaining.
- Leave the cream cheese and jam mixture in the refrigerator until you're ready to use it. This is so that the mixture isn’t runny when you go to spread it.
- Cut your pastry into heart shapes using a 3-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, and make sure to space them as close together as possible so you can get as many as you can out of the sheet.
- Then transfer the hearts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Making sure to space the hearts 1 1/2-inches apart.
- Add about 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture to the center of each heart then spread outward.
- Then you will add the strawberries over cream cheese layer.
- Bake in preheated oven 14 - 15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Then let them cool on a wire rack then and glaze with your Melted Fireworks Butter burst.
